In this Solosode, I share my insights from a seven-month experiment that I conducted to see if it’s possible to improve body composition while traveling and living out of routine. Despite maintaining a busy schedule and limited access to traditional exercise facilities, I achieved significant improvements in lean muscle mass, reduced body fat, and lower inflammation levels.
The results demonstrated that men over 40 can effectively increase muscle mass and reduce body fat through a balanced approach, even when facing travel and social disruptions, emphasizing the importance of strategic fitness routines.
